Welcome to MSH Cars UK. By browsing our website or transacting with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Viewings & Appointments

MSH Cars UK operates strictly by appointment only at our premises in Norfolk. We do not operate an open forecourt. Viewings must be booked and confirmed in advance via our official communication channels (phone or WhatsApp).

2. Vehicle Reservations

A deposit of £200 can be paid via a secure payment link provided directly by our team to reserve a vehicle. You must book your viewing within 48 hours of placing the reservation. If you fail to book your viewing within this 48-hour period, a £100 administration fee will be deducted from your deposit. The deposit is refundable if you attend the viewing and decide not to proceed with the purchase. If a purchase is agreed upon, the full £200 deposit will be deducted from the total vehicle price.

3. Part Exchange Valuations

Any valuation provided through our online "Value My Vehicle" form is an estimate based on the information provided by you. A final, binding valuation will only be issued following a physical inspection of your vehicle by MSH Cars UK. We reserve the right to alter or withdraw an offer if the vehicle condition differs from your description.

4. Warranty & Inspections

Unless stated otherwise, our cars come with a 3-Month Momentum Warranty and a valid MOT. Customers are fully encouraged to inspect and test drive vehicles during their scheduled appointment prior to finalizing the purchase.
